​Paul Stephenson - Director

​

Paul has been working in body corporate management in Adelaide since 2006, having previously managed teams and provided insurance services.  During his time in the industry Paul has also consulted on owners corporations in Melbourne and has managed every style of property, from marina berths and single storey unit complexes to commercial lots and high rise apartments up to 300 lots in size.

 

Paul has managed properties with complex infrastructure such as pools, gymnasiums, bike racks, car stackers and has worked closely with committees, residents and caretakers to ensure that bodies corporate run smoothly.

 

We are lucky to have Paul as our General Manager and as an active manager of bodies corporate.  His clients agree that his service and style is effective at helping them with the management of their properties as can be seen on our testimonials page

Michael Haines - Director

Michael has been working in the property industry in Adelaide since 2002,  providing services to developers and conveyancers in establishing new Community Title developments and ongoing management services for Strata Title, Community and Company titled properties across Adelaide and country South Australia.

 

Michael excels at legislative compliance and problem solving for corporations and has advised committees and managed residential properties of all shapes and sizes, complex tiered community developments, holiday accommodation, shopping centres, industrial complexes and marinas.

 

Michael is a trained property manager, and has also completed industry leading strata management training at TAFE NSW through their Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) along with a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) in addition to having studied business at UniSA.

 

In 2015 Michael completed a Diploma in Real Estate (Agency), was a finalist at the REISA awards for excellence and also trained property managers in Strata Management as a professional development trainer at the Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
